🐕 MY RESCUE STORY🐕

Hi there! My name is Samdol. I was rescued from a heartbreaking neglect situation. My previous owners made me live outside of a delivery office, offering me no proper care or love. When the company moved away, they heartlessly abandoned me, leaving me to fend for myself all alone. Thankfully, kind-hearted rescuers noticed my situation and gave me a second chance at life. Now, I’m ready to leave my past behind and find a forever family who will cherish me and show me what it truly means to be loved.

🐕 MY PERSONALITY🐕

I’m still a young pup, just about 5 months old. Even though my past wasn’t the best, I don’t let that hold me back — I’m a bright, sweet, and clever boy who’s growing and learning every day. I love playing with my toys and I’m already picking up commands quickly (I can sit and give my paw!). When other dogs get a little pushy, I’m the calm one who avoids any drama. New places can make me a bit shy at first, but once I get comfortable, I warm up quickly and show my true friendly self.

 

🐕 MY SOCIAL SKILLS🐕

With People: I’m a little shy around new people at first, but with a few treats, I warm up quickly. Being a young pup, I’m still learning about the world and discovering how wonderful human companionship can be. Just give me a bit of time, and soon enough, I’ll be happily enjoying pets and cuddles. I have a soft spot for kids—maybe because I’m still a kid myself! I do allow being picked up, but I need some trust built first; I don’t like it when strangers pick me up suddenly. Once I feel comfortable, I love showing my belly as a sign of trust. And don’t worry—I don’t guard my food against people at all.

 

With Dogs:  I’m super friendly with dogs and love making new furry friends to play with! I enjoy relying on other dogs and would do great with a calm, confident sibling who can show me the ropes. I get along well with dogs of all sizes, and even if another pup is being rude, I gently remove myself from the situation to keep the peace. When it comes to my food, I like to have my space—if other dogs come too close while I’m eating, I’ll growl to let them know I need to be left alone.

 

With Cats: I haven’t met any cats yet, so I’m not sure how I’d get along with them. I do love to chase birds whenever I see one, so I’d do best in a home without small animals to keep everyone safe and happy.

 

🔋 ENERGY AND ACTIVITIES 🎲

Surprisingly for a young pup, my energy level isn’t too wild—I have a moderate energy level. I love spending time outdoors chasing birds, playing with my friends, and exploring the world around me. After all that fun, I enjoy resting indoors, snuggling up comfortably in my bed.

 

🎲TRAINING & HABITS⭐

I’m still figuring out this big world and learning my social skills every day. Sometimes I pull on the leash, but I generally follow my handler’s lead well. During walks, I’m more interested in sniffing around and exploring than rushing from place to place. I don’t have separation anxiety right now, but I might develop some once I get attached to my special person or family. Being a young pup, I’m confident that with patience and training, I’ll learn to feel comfortable staying home alone. I do bark when I see strangers—that “stranger danger” alert!—but I quickly calm down once I realize they’re friends, not foes. I also bark when I want attention. I already know how to get on and off the car, which makes outings easier. I potty both indoors and outdoors, but with a steady walk routine, I’ll gradually prefer going outside only.

I’m looking for a patient, loving family who can help me become the best version of myself. I’ll thrive in a home with:

I’m a young pup with so much potential waiting to shine! Don’t let my initial shyness fool you—I truly love human company and open up easily once I feel safe. I’m a smart boy who loves to please and learn new things, especially since I have a healthy appetite that makes training a breeze. I get along well with other dog friends, but I’m also content entertaining myself when needed. While I know how to sleep alone, I really enjoy curling up by your feet for comfort. My current foster family says I’m a sweet boy who deserves all the love in the world. I even get along great with their senior dog, though they wish they could give me more of their undivided attention because I’m so deserving.
