🐕 MY RESCUE STORY🐕

Hi there! I’m Love. My name suits me perfectly, because I have so much of it to give. I was found wandering the streets with my 5 precious puppies by my side, unsure how we ended up all alone. We were taken to the city pound, where I did my best to keep my little ones safe and even shared my milk with other orphaned puppies who needed a mom. Despite my hardships, I never lost my gentle spirit. Luckily, kind-hearted rescuers saw the love and resilience in me and stepped in just in time to give us a second chance at life.

When you first meet me, you’ll fall in love right away—I have that irresistible mix of charm, sweetness, and a little sparkle in my eyes. I’m super affectionate with people and friendly with dogs of all kinds, always ready to greet you with a happy tail wag. My easy-going nature makes me a joy to be around, whether we’re relaxing at home or exploring outside. I’m also a bright and eager learner—I already know how to sit and wait like a lady! I just know my perfect family is out there, and when we find each other, our hearts will feel like they’ve finally come home.

 

🐕 MY SOCIAL SKILLS🐕

With People: I absolutely adore people! Meeting new friends makes my tail wag with excitement, and I love receiving gentle pets, cuddles, and affection. I have a soft spot for kids and I feel safe showing my belly as a sign of trust. I’m a friendly soul and don’t guard my food.

 

With Dogs: I’m super friendly with my doggy friends too! I love meeting new pups and making friends of all sizes. I’m gentle and easygoing—if another dog gets pushy or rude, I calmly step away to keep the peace. I don’t guard my food, so sharing space with other dogs is no problem at all!

 

With Cats:  I haven’t met any cats yet, but with my sweet personality, I may get along well with the right introduction. 

 

🔋 ENERGY AND ACTIVITIES 🎲

I have a moderate energy level—just enough to enjoy fun outdoor time to burn off my energy, and then I’m perfectly happy to curl up and snuggle indoors.

 

🎲TRAINING & HABITS⭐

I’m a good girl on walks and generally follow my handler’s lead, though I might pull a little when something catches my interest. I’m a calm and quiet pup, rarely barking, and I rest peacefully in my kennel. I know how to potty both indoors and outdoors, and I’m learning to enjoy a steady routine.

I’m searching for a patient, loving family who can help me grow and become the best version of myself. I’ll thrive in a home with:

• A family that offers a fun, structured, and safe environment where I can learn, explore, and grow into a well-behaved young adult.

💌SPECIAL NOTES💌

Volunteers and staff always gush about what a sweet, gentle girl I am! When I play with other dogs, I’m mindful of their comfort and always play nicely. Because I’ve been busy nursing my puppies, I’m a little on the skinny side right now, but my heart is full of love. I get along wonderfully with people and dogs, and my easygoing nature makes me a perfect addition to a loving family.
