🐕 MY RESCUE STORY 🐕
Hi, I’m Hug — a gentle little pup with a big heart and a round belly! I was one of four puppies on the euthanasia list at the Miryang City Shelter. While I didn’t have my biological mom with me, a kind and nurturing dog named Love stepped in and raised us as her own. Thanks to her affection and care, I’ve grown into a happy, healthy boy, and now I’m ready to find a forever family of my own.

I’m up to date on all my vaccines, microchipped, and have no known health concerns. My neuter is already scheduled — I’m all set for my next chapter!
🥰 MY PERSONALITY 🥰
My name might be Hug, but it’s also what I do best! I’m a soft, calm, affectionate pup who loves to be around people. I’m not overly hyper for my age and am usually content following you around or lounging nearby.
With my gentle eyes and relaxed demeanor, I often charm everyone I meet. I’m a bit of a foodie (my belly proves it!), but I’m also polite and patient. I’m the type of pup that fits easily into a family — all I want is love, safety, and belly rubs.
🐶 MY SOCIAL SKILLS 🐶
With People: I’m very friendly and affectionate — I’ll be the first to come up for pets, and I love rolling over for belly rubs. I’m calm, well-mannered, and love human attention.
With Dogs: I get along well with dogs of all sizes. I love to greet, play, and explore with them, and if a dog gets grumpy, I simply walk away. I’m peaceful, playful, and sociable.
With Cats: I haven’t met any cats yet, but based on my gentle nature, I’d likely adapt well with slow and proper introductions.
⚡️ ENERGY AND ACTIVITIES ⚡️
I have moderate puppy energy. I love to play outside and enjoy new sights and smells, but once I’ve had my fun, I settle down easily indoors. I’m not the type to be bouncing off the walls all day — I love a good nap just as much as I love a good walk.
I’m still learning how to walk nicely on a leash, so gentle practice will help me become a confident walking buddy.

I’m crate-friendly and usually stay calm in my kennel.
I rarely bark — just a few happy woofs now and then!
I don’t guard my food from people or dogs.
I’m learning both indoor pad use and outdoor potty training.
I’m still a puppy, so I’ll need basic training (especially leash skills), but I’m smart and respond well to gentle guidance and treats.
