🐾 MY RESCUE STORY 🐾
After my siblings were adopted, rescuers learned that their remaining littermates—including me—were still at the municipal shelter and had been placed on the euthanasia list. They quickly stepped in to bring us to safety and give us the same chance at a brighter future. Thanks to their compassion, I can now look forward to finding a loving forever family and beginning a happy new chapter of my own.

Hi, I'm Mojito! I'm a sweet little boy with an adorable face, charming little eyes, and the gentlest personality. I can be a bit more reserved when meeting new people, but don't worry—I don't stay shy for long, especially if you happen to have a tasty treat! Snacks are definitely the quickest way to my heart, and before long, I'll be happily making friends and enjoying your company.
I'm currently learning all about the world through leash walking and outdoor potty training, and I'm making wonderful progress every day. I rarely bark unless I have something important to ask for, and even then, I'm generally a quiet, easygoing companion. My calm, gentle nature makes me a joy to be around, and everyone who meets me falls in love with my sweet personality.
Once I feel comfortable, I become a loving and affectionate little friend who enjoys spending time with my people. I may need just a little patience at the beginning, but I'm eager to build trust and continue growing into the confident companion I know I can be. 🐶 MY SOCIAL SKILLS 🐶
· With People: I'm a gentle, slightly reserved dog who likes to take a little time getting to know new people. If you offer me a tasty treat, I'll happily take it, and that's often the first step toward earning my trust. Once I feel comfortable with you, I enjoy gentle affection and will gladly let you pet me. I can also be picked up comfortably by supporting me under my belly, and I stay calm while being held. I haven't had the opportunity to meet children under 13 yet, so my behavior around young kids is simply unknown.
· With Dogs: I'm friendly and polite when meeting other dogs, and I'll usually walk over to say hello with calm curiosity. While I enjoy greeting new friends, I don't always feel the need to play and am perfectly happy simply exchanging polite introductions before moving on. I'm also a peace-loving dog who prefers to avoid conflict—even if another dog tries to provoke me, I'm much more likely to walk away than get involved.
· With Cats: My reaction to cats is unknown
⚡️ ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY ⚡️
I have moderate energy level – I enjoy spending time outdoors, whether it's exploring, sniffing around, or simply taking in my surroundings. After I've had a chance to stretch my legs and enjoy some fresh air, I'm happy to settle down and relax quietly by your side.
I'm currently learning my leash manners and making great progress with my walking skills. With continued guidance, consistency, and positive reinforcement, I'll continue to grow into a wonderful walking companion.
🧠 TRAINING & HABITS 🧠
I have good manners around people when it comes to food and don't mind if someone is nearby while I'm eating. Around other dogs, however, I may give a warning growl if one comes too close to my meal, so feeding me separately or giving me a little personal space during mealtimes helps everyone stay comfortable.
If there's something I want, I may let you know with a bit of demand barking—I'm simply good at communicating! With consistent guidance, I'll continue learning when it's the right time to use my voice.
I'm calm and relaxed in a kennel, making it an easy and comfortable place for me to settle when needed.
I'm well accustomed to both indoor pee pads and outdoor potty breaks, so I can adapt well to different home routines.
