🐾 MY RESCUE STORY 🐾
I was rescued after going through something no dog should ever have to experience. No one knows exactly how I ended up alone on the streets, but while I was trying to survive on my own, I was struck by a car and suffered broken legs. I was in critical condition and desperately needed help.
Thankfully, kind rescuers found me just in time and rushed me to the hospital, where I finally received the treatment and care I needed. I fought hard through my recovery, and today, those difficult days are behind me. I’m healthy, safe, and ready to begin a completely new chapter of my life. All I need now is a forever family who will show me just how wonderful life can be and fill the rest of my story with love, comfort, and happy memories.

💖 MY PERSONALITY 💖
Volunteers and staff can tell that I likely had a family once because of just how much I love being around people. I’m incredibly friendly, affectionate, and always looking for a little extra attention. One of my favorite things is following everyone around, simply because being close to people makes me happy.
Seeing how much I crave human companionship makes the volunteers and staff especially hopeful that I’ll find a family of my own again. After everything I’ve been through, they want nothing more than to see me in a loving home where I’ll never have to wonder where I belong again. I have so much love to give and am just waiting for someone to give me the chance to share it.
🐶 MY SOCIAL SKILLS 🐶
· With People: I’m super friendly with people and absolutely love receiving attention and affection from everyone I meet! I’m happiest when I’m surrounded by people and will gladly soak up all the pets and cuddles you’re willing to give. I’m also comfortable being picked up and held, making it easy for me to enjoy even more quality time with my favorite humans.
· With Dogs: I’m happy to greet new dogs, but I prefer to take things at my own pace rather than jumping straight into play. Being surrounded by lots of unfamiliar dogs at once can feel a little overwhelming, so calmer introductions work best for me. I coexist peacefully with my dog friends, but I’m definitely more of a people’s pup at heart. I tend to be fairly independent around other dogs and would much rather spend my time soaking up love and attention from my favorite humans.
· With Cats: My reaction to cats is unknown. A cat test can be arranged upon request to ensure the best fit.
⚡️ ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY ⚡️
I have a moderate energy level. I enjoy spending time outdoors, exploring, and having fun, but once I’ve had my activity and excitement, I’m more than happy to come inside and relax comfortably indoors.
🧠 TRAINING & HABITS 🧠
I walk well on leash and follow my handler’s lead nicely, making me an enjoyable walking companion. I have good manners around food with people, but I can be a little sensitive if another dog approaches while I’m eating, so I’ll appreciate having my own peaceful space during mealtimes.
I don’t currently show signs of separation anxiety and already know how to settle calmly in my kennel. Since I form strong bonds with my people, my future family should continue encouraging healthy independence as I adjust to my new home. For potty habits, I currently go both indoors using pee pads and outdoors, and I can continue building a consistent routine with my forever family.

I’m searching for a patient, loving family who can help me become the best version of myself. I’ll thrive in a home with:

After everything I’ve been through, I still have so much love and trust to give. I’m definitely a people’s pup and happiest when I can follow my favorite humans around, soak up affection, and simply be part of their day. Since I can form strong attachments to the people I love, my future family should continue helping me build confidence and healthy independence as I settle in.
I’m generally indifferent toward other dogs and prefer calm, respectful interactions rather than busy social situations. I also appreciate having my own space during mealtimes. More than anything, I’m looking for a loving and stable home where I can finally put my difficult past behind me and enjoy the safe, happy life I’ve been waiting for.
