🐾 MY RESCUE STORY 🐾
I was rescued from an illegal dog farm, where I was confined to a metal cage and desperately waiting for someone to give me a chance. When rescuers finally arrived, I clung tightly to the cage door, almost as if I knew they were there to save me and was begging to be taken with them.
Thankfully, that heartbreaking chapter of my life is finally behind me. I’m safe now and learning what it feels like to be cared for, but my journey isn’t complete just yet. I’m ready to begin a brand new chapter with a forever family who will cherish me, show me the world beyond those cage walls, and give me the loving home I’ve always deserved.

💖 MY PERSONALITY 💖
I may be shy when we first meet, and my first instinct can be to keep my distance, but don’t let that fool you because I open up surprisingly quickly! Once I realize I’m safe, my personality completely blossoms. I’ll roll over to show you my belly, ask for pets and cuddles, and happily follow my favorite people around.
During my profile photoshoot, it took me only about an hour to feel comfortable before I was following the staff and volunteers around and soaking up their attention. Everyone also says I’m even cuter in person, especially because of my unique little tail! It looks just like a paintbrush with an adorable white tip. Once I trust you, I’m an incredibly affectionate girl with so much love to give.
🐶 MY SOCIAL SKILLS 🐶
· With People: I can be a little shy when we first meet, but I warm up quickly once I realize I’m safe. When I feel comfortable, I turn into the sweetest little cuddle bug and absolutely love soaking up pets, affection, and quality time with my people. I’m also comfortable being picked up and held. Give me just a little time to trust you, and my loving personality will quickly shine through.
· With Dogs: I like greeting new dogs and am happy to make new friends, but I prefer to take things at my own pace rather than jumping straight into play. I enjoy calmly getting to know my dog friends first and becoming more comfortable before deciding if I’m ready for playtime.
· With Cats: My reaction to cats is unknown. A cat test can be arranged upon request to ensure the best fit.
⚡️ ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY ⚡️
I have a moderate energy level. I enjoy spending time outdoors, exploring, and having fun, but once I’ve had my activity and excitement, I’m more than happy to come inside and relax comfortably indoors.
🧠 TRAINING & HABITS 🧠
I’m still learning how to walk nicely on leash and will benefit from continued practice and positive guidance. I don’t guard my food from people, but I can be a little sensitive when other dogs are nearby during mealtimes, so I appreciate having my own space to eat peacefully.
I may occasionally bark when I’m looking for a little extra attention, but overall I’m a quiet boy. I already know how to settle and rest calmly in my kennel, and for potty habits, I currently go both indoors using pee pads and outdoors. With a consistent routine and a patient family, I’m sure I’ll continue making great progress.

I’m still learning some important life skills, including walking nicely on leash, so I’ll appreciate a patient family who can continue guiding me with lots of positive reinforcement.
I’m an overall quiet and easygoing boy who settles calmly in my kennel and enjoys having my own peaceful space during mealtimes. Give me a little time to adjust, plenty of love, and some gentle guidance, and I’m sure I’ll continue blossoming into a wonderful lifelong companion.
