🐾 MY RESCUE STORY 🐾

I was rescued from an abusive environment where I was treated as a means for profit rather than as a beloved companion. I was repeatedly used for breeding in a puppy mill and was also used for grooming practice, never receiving the safe, loving home every dog deserves.

Thankfully, that chapter of my life is finally over. I’m now safe and learning what it means to be cared for with kindness and respect. Despite everything I’ve experienced, I still have so much love and trust to give. Now I’m ready for a completely different life, one where I’m cherished as a member of the family and can finally experience all the comfort, adventures, and love I missed out on before.

 

🩺 MY HEALTH 🩺

• All vaccinations up-to-date
• Healthy with no known health issues
• After receiving the dental treatment I needed, I now have four teeth remaining. Despite having fewer teeth, I’m doing well and it certainly doesn’t stop me from enjoying life, tasty meals, and plenty of treats!

 

💖 MY PERSONALITY 💖

I’m even tinier and cuter in person, and I’m a sweet little girl with so much love to give! I adore both people and my dog friends and am comfortable around both women and men. One of my favorite places to be is curled up on someone’s lap, soaking up all the cuddles, snuggles, and affection I can get.

My dog friends are also very important to me, and I find a lot of comfort and reassurance in having them nearby. And when there’s something I really want, I’ve already mastered the art of looking up at you with my irresistible puppy eyes. It’s pretty hard to say no to me!

 

🐶 MY SOCIAL SKILLS 🐶

· With People: I can be slightly shy when we first meet, but I warm up very quickly and soon become the sweetest little cuddle bug! Once I feel comfortable, I happily accept pets, cuddles, and all the affection you’re willing to give. During my profile photoshoot, I was perfectly content snuggled up in the staff’s arms, soaking up the love and showing everyone just how affectionate I can be. I’m also comfortable being picked up and held. Give me just a little time to settle in, and you’ll quickly discover a loving little girl who adores being close to her people.

· With Dogs: I like greeting new dogs, but I prefer to take my time rather than jumping straight into play. I’m more of a calm and independent girl who enjoys doing my own thing, so I tend to feel most comfortable with dogs who match my gentle energy. Even if another dog gets a little pushy or rude, I would much rather calmly step away than engage in conflict.

My dog friends also give me a lot of comfort and reassurance, especially when I’m adjusting to something new. I would likely thrive with a calm and confident canine sibling who can be my companion, help me feel secure, and show me the ropes as I settle into my forever home.

· With Cats: My reaction to cats is unknown. A cat test can be arranged upon request to ensure the best fit.

 

⚡️ ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY ⚡️

I have a lower energy level and am a true little couch potato at heart! I love spending my time indoors, curling up somewhere cozy, and snuggling beside my favorite people. I don’t need endless activity to be happy. Give me a comfy spot, some gentle affection, and good company, and I’ll be perfectly content enjoying a peaceful day by your side.

 

🧠 TRAINING & HABITS 🧠

I walk well on leash and follow my handler’s lead nicely. I’m not one to rush through my walks either. I prefer taking my time, enjoying the scenery, and going on leisurely strolls at a comfortable pace. I also have great manners around food and don’t guard my meals from either people or other dogs.

I’m a quiet girl who rarely barks and already know how to settle and rest calmly in my kennel. I don’t currently show signs of separation anxiety, but because I can become very attached to the people I love, my future family should continue helping me build healthy independence from the beginning. For potty habits, I currently go both indoors using pee pads and outdoors. Overall, I’m a calm little companion who enjoys taking life at an easygoing pace.

 

🏡 MY IDEAL HOME 🏡

I’m searching for a patient, loving family who can help me become the best version of myself. I’ll thrive in a home with:

• A family that will provide me with a safe haven – where I can decompress, be myself in a stable environment

• A family that understands my past and is patient with me throughout

• A family that enjoys indoor and outdoor time together

• A family that will love and cherish me forever

• Ideally a home with another dog sibling, but not an absolute requirement

 

💌 SPECIAL NOTES 💌

I’ve been through a lot in my life, but underneath my past is a gentle little girl who simply wants to feel safe, loved, and close to those she trusts. I’m happiest enjoying the simple things in life, like leisurely walks, cozy naps, cuddling on someone’s lap, and spending time with my favorite people and dog friends.

After receiving the dental care I needed, I only have four little teeth left, but don’t let that worry you! It doesn’t stop me from enjoying my everyday life, eating my meals, or appreciating tasty treats. If anything, it just adds a little extra charm to my already adorable face.

I can become very attached to the people I love, so my future family should help me build healthy independence while still giving me all the affection I adore. A calm and confident canine sibling could also be a wonderful source of comfort for me. After spending my past being used for others, I’m ready for a future where I’m simply someone’s cherished family member.
