🐾 MY RESCUE STORY 🐾
I was rescued from a city pound where I had sadly been placed on the euthanasia list. Through no fault of my own, I was running out of time and my future was uncertain. Thankfully, rescuers stepped in just in time and gave me the second chance I desperately needed.
Those scary days are behind me now, and I’m ready to look toward a much brighter future. All I’m missing is a forever family who will cherish me, keep me safe, and love me as a true member of the family for the rest of my life.

My name means lady in Korean. I’m an elegant girl with my cute white paws. I seem a bit shy at first but I’m actually very affectionate and like to demand for what I want (I can bark when I want my food or when I want my food fast). I’m even more beautiful and cuter in real life. I also love food and have a big appetite, and treats easily win me over.
🐶 MY SOCIAL SKILLS 🐶
· With People: I can be a little shy when we first meet, but don’t let that fool you because I warm up very quickly! Once I realize I’m safe, my affectionate side comes right out. I love being around people and happily soak up all the pets, attention, and affection I can get.
Once I’m comfortable, I’ll even roll over and show you my belly for some extra love. I’m also comfortable being picked up and held. Give me a little time to get to know you, and you’ll quickly discover a sweet, loving girl who adores being close to her people.
· With Dogs: I enjoy greeting new dogs, but I prefer to take things at my own pace rather than jumping straight into play. I’m more of an independent boy who enjoys doing my own thing, and I get along well with my dog friends at the care facility.
· With Cats: My reaction to cats is unknown. A cat test can be arranged upon request to ensure the best fit.
⚡️ ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY ⚡️
I have a moderate energy level. I enjoy spending time outdoors, exploring, and having fun, but once I’ve had my activity and excitement, I’m more than happy to come inside and relax comfortably indoors.
🧠 TRAINING & HABITS 🧠
I’m still learning my leash manners and improving with practice and positive guidance. I don’t guard my food from people, but I can be a little sensitive when other dogs are nearby during mealtimes, so I appreciate having my own peaceful space to eat.
I’m generally a quiet girl, although I may use my voice when I’m looking for attention, especially when I know food is coming! I already know how to settle and rest calmly in my kennel, and I currently potty both indoors using pee pads and outdoors. Best of all, I’m very food motivated and eager to learn, so with some tasty treats and consistent training, I have lots of potential to pick up new skills quickly!

Volunteers and staff are always complimenting me on my adorable smile and say I have a special way of brightening everyone’s day. I may seem like a little lady at first, but once I’m comfortable, my sweet, affectionate, and expressive personality quickly comes shining through.
I’m also highly food motivated, which means treats are not only the way to my heart but a great way to help me learn and build confidence. With my loving nature, eagerness to learn, and irresistibly happy smile, I’m ready to bring plenty of warmth, affection, and little moments of joy to my forever family.
