I was rescued from a city shelter after being placed on the euthanasia list. Thankfully, rescuers stepped in and brought me to safety, giving me a second chance and a hopeful new beginning. Now, I’m ready to start the next chapter of my journey and find a loving forever family to call my own.

💖 MY PERSONALITY 💖

Hi, I’m Bobo! I’m a small, adorable girl with the cutest little wispy coat—and I’m even prettier in person than I am in photos! My looks may catch your attention first, but my bright, lively personality is what really makes me memorable. I’m cheerful, curious, and always seem to have somewhere to go, trotting around on my tiny legs as if I have a very important schedule to keep.

I might seem slightly timid when we first meet, but that impression usually disappears pretty quickly. I warm up easily, and once I do, you’ll discover just how much I adore people. I’m incredibly gentle with humans and love following my favorite people wherever they go.

I do really enjoy attention, though, and if I feel like I’m being ignored, I may remind you that I’m still there. I’m also not exactly a champion at sitting still! I have a busy, bubbly personality and love scampering from place to place, investigating whatever catches my interest. At the same time, I can have a surprisingly well-behaved side too. I enjoy toys, I’m naturally curious, and underneath all that cheerful activity, I have a fairly easygoing temperament.

I know how to have fun with other dogs as well. I can play nicely with friends and especially enjoy energetic games like wrestling together. I’m comfortable joining in and interacting with other dogs, so I could potentially enjoy sharing my future home with a compatible canine companion. But because people are such a big part of my world, I could also be very happy as the only dog and soak up all that human attention myself.

I’d love a family who enjoys an affectionate little shadow with a playful spark. Whether I’m wrestling with a dog friend, exploring a new toy, following you from room to room, or scampering around on those tiny legs, I bring a lot of personality into a small package. If you’re looking for a sweet, social companion who has managed to keep her joyful spirit through everything, I’d love the chance to bring some of that happiness into your home.

 

🐶 MY SOCIAL SKILLS 🐶

· With People: I’m naturally friendly and affectionate with people, and I’m happy to approach both familiar faces and new people for attention. I enjoy leaning in for affection and am comfortable being petted, even by someone I’ve just met. I’m also comfortable being gently picked up with an arm supporting me under my belly. I haven’t had experience with children under 13 yet, so my comfort level with younger kids is still unknown.

· With Dogs: I’m friendly and social with other dogs, and I enjoy approaching both familiar and new dogs to say hello and invite them to play. I tend to be easygoing in my interactions, and even if another dog tries to provoke me, I usually choose to move away and avoid conflict.

· With Cats: My reaction to cats is unknown

 

⚡️ ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY ⚡️

I have a moderate energy level – I enjoy spending time outdoors, but I’m also happy to settle down and relax afterward.

I’m still working on my leash skills and may pull at times, but overall, I follow my person well and respond to their guidance on walks.

 

🧠 TRAINING & HABITS 🧠

I don’t guard my food around people or other dogs.

When there’s something I really want, I may use a little demand barking to let you know

I may whine when I’m in a kennel, but with a consistent routine and continued positive kennel training, I can gradually become more comfortable settling on my own

I’m comfortable using both indoor pee pads and going potty outdoors.
