🐾 MY RESCUE STORY 🐾
I was rescued from an animal hoarding situation where I was living alongside many other animals without the individual care and attention every dog deserves. Thankfully, rescuers stepped in and brought me to safety, giving me the chance to leave that difficult environment behind.
Now I’m ready for a fresh start and a forever family where I can finally experience what it means to be truly loved, cared for, and cherished as part of the family.

I’m super cute and even tinier in person! I can be a little shy when we first meet and may try to keep my distance while I figure out whether I’m safe. Gentle approaches and letting me move at my own pace are the best ways to earn my trust, and tasty treats definitely help!
The good news is that I warm up pretty quickly. Give me about 30 minutes, some patience, and a few yummy treats, and I’ll start coming to you for pets and affection. During my profile photoshoot, I did so well and, once I felt comfortable, I kept rubbing my little body against everyone asking for more pets!
🐶 MY SOCIAL SKILLS 🐶
· With People: I’m a little shy when we first meet and need some time to feel safe and comfortable. Tasty treats are definitely the way to my heart, and with a little patience, I usually warm up pretty quickly!
I know I’m super tiny and cute, so it can be hard to resist picking me up right away, but sudden approaches can make me nervous. Let me get to know and trust you first, and once I feel safe, you’ll get to see my sweet and affectionate side.
· With Dogs: I’m friendly with my dog friends and get along especially well with dogs who have a similar energy level. I also do well sharing my space with the other dogs at the care facility.
While I’m friendly, I’m not afraid to stand my ground if another dog is being pushy or rude. Thoughtful introductions and some supervision in the beginning will help everyone get comfortable and set us up for a happy relationship.
· With Cats: My reaction to cats is unknown.
⚡️ ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY ⚡️
I have a high energy level and love spending time outdoors, exploring, and staying active! Once I’ve had enough exercise and excitement, I’m also happy to head indoors and relax comfortably.
In new environments, I may pace around as I take everything in and can sometimes have a hard time staying focused because I’m eager to keep moving and exploring. With time, a consistent routine, and plenty of appropriate outlets for my energy, I should become more comfortable settling into my surroundings.
🧠 TRAINING & HABITS 🧠
I walk nicely on leash and follow my handler’s lead well. I also have good manners around food and don’t guard my meals or treats from either people or other dogs.
I know how to settle calmly in my kennel and can get in and out of the car on my own. I may shake a little during car rides because I’m still getting used to them, but overall I stay calm. With more positive exposure and practice, I should become more comfortable travelling in the car.
For potty habits, I currently go both indoors using pee pads and outdoors.
