🐾 MY RESCUE STORY 🐾
I was rescued from a city pound where my future was uncertain. With limited space and so many dogs waiting for help, I desperately needed someone to give me a chance before it was too late.
Thankfully, rescuers stepped in and brought me to safety. I no longer have to wonder what tomorrow will bring, and those uncertain days are finally behind me.
Now I’m ready to begin a completely new chapter. All I’m missing is a forever family who will show me what it feels like to be truly loved, protected, and cherished for the rest of my life.

I’m a friendly, outgoing boy who loves spending time with both people and dog friends! I have a cheerful personality and plenty of energy, so I’m always excited to be part of the action.
I also have a big appetite and am very food motivated, which makes learning new things extra fun for me. Bring out some tasty treats, and you’ll definitely have my attention! I’m eager to learn and have lots of potential with continued training and positive guidance.
I’m an active boy who loves moving around, playing, and staying busy, so I’d be happiest with an active family who can give me plenty of opportunities to exercise, explore, and enjoy adventures together.
🐶 MY SOCIAL SKILLS 🐶
· With People: I’m a friendly boy who enjoys meeting new people and receiving plenty of pets and affection. Call my name with a tasty treat in hand, and there’s a pretty good chance I’ll come right over! I can play a little hard to get sometimes, but treats are definitely the quickest way to win me over.
I’m comfortable with gentle handling, but being picked up isn’t my favourite thing right away. I may squirm a little if I’m not completely comfortable yet, so I prefer to build some trust with you first. Once we’ve gotten to know each other, handling becomes much easier for me.
· With Dogs: I love meeting new dog friends and playtime is definitely one of my favourite things! I’m an energetic boy who loves running around, playing, and having fun with my canine buddies.
I generally get along especially well with larger dogs who can keep up with my playful energy. Having a compatible dog friend to run around and enjoy playtime with would make me very happy!
· With Cats: My reaction to cats is unknown.
⚡️ ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY ⚡️
I have a moderate to higher energy level and love staying active! I enjoy spending time outdoors, exploring new surroundings, running around, and having plenty of fun.
Once I’ve had a chance to burn off some energy, I’m just as happy heading back inside to settle down and relax comfortably. I’d love a family who enjoys an active lifestyle but also appreciates some quiet downtime together.
🧠 TRAINING & HABITS 🧠
I can pull on leash at times, especially when I’m excited, but overall I follow my handler’s lead nicely. With continued practice and a consistent routine, I should keep improving my leash manners.
I have good manners around food with people and don’t guard my meals from them. I can, however, growl if another dog approaches while I’m eating, so I prefer having some personal space during mealtimes.
For potty habits, I currently go both indoors using pee pads and outdoors. I may also mark when I’m adjusting to a new environment, so some patience and a consistent potty routine will help me learn the expectations of my new home.

I’m searching for a patient, loving family who can help me become the best version of myself. I’ll thrive in a home with:

I’m a fun, energetic boy with a big personality and plenty of love to give! I’m happiest when I’m moving, exploring, playing with my dog friends, or following my favourite people around to see what they’re doing.
I’m also a smart and food motivated boy who is eager to learn. During my profile photoshoot, I happily ran over whenever the volunteers and staff called my name, especially when treats were involved!
I’d love an active family who will include me in their adventures, continue helping me learn, and give me plenty of opportunities to burn off my energy. Once the fun is over, I’m happy to head inside, settle down, and recharge for our next adventure together.
