🐾 MY RESCUE STORY 🐾
I was rescued from a city shelter where I was at risk of euthanasia. Thankfully, rescuers stepped in and brought me to safety, giving me a second chance and the opportunity to experience kindness, comfort, and care. Now, I’m leaving that uncertain chapter behind and looking forward to a brighter future filled with love, companionship, and a forever family to call my own.

💖 MY PERSONALITY 💖
Hi, I’m Dotori! I’m a tiny, gentle little girl with an understated charm that makes me especially endearing. I have the cutest oversized ears that stretch out to the sides, giving my small face a wonderfully distinctive look. And then there’s my beautiful, fluffy tail, which adds an extra touch of elegance to my petite appearance! I may not be the loudest or most attention-grabbing dog in the room, but there’s something incredibly special about my quiet, sweet personality.
I’m naturally calm and easygoing, sometimes so quiet that you might barely notice I’m there. But the moment you call my name, I’ll happily come over and follow you around to see what you’re doing. I really enjoy being near people, and I tend to form a lovely connection with those who spend time with me. Although I’m a fairly quiet little dog, I’m also quite attentive and responsive. I already know how to “sit” and “wait,” which shows that I’m capable of listening to guidance and learning household manners.
I’d love to find a family who appreciates the quieter kind of companionship I have to offer. I might not demand the spotlight, but I’ll be there when you call, ready to follow along and share the little moments of your day. I may be tiny and unassuming, but with the right people behind me, I have so much potential waiting to blossom.
🐶 MY SOCIAL SKILLS 🐶
· With People: I’m naturally friendly and affectionate with people, and I happily approach both familiar faces and new people to say hello and ask for attention. I love leaning in for affection and am comfortable being petted, even by someone I’ve just met. I’m so friendly and trusting that I may even roll over and show my belly to a complete stranger! I’m also comfortable being gently picked up with an arm supporting me under my belly. I haven’t had experience with children under 13 yet, so my comfort level with younger kids is still unknown.
· With Dogs: I’m comfortable approaching unfamiliar dogs to say hello, but I generally prefer a friendly greeting rather than engaging in play. I don’t show much interest in interacting with other dogs beyond a quick hello and am usually content doing my own thing. Larger dogs can make me feel nervous or uncomfortable, and I can also feel overwhelmed by dogs with high energy levels, so I tend to feel more at ease around calm friends who respect my space. If another dog challenges or provokes me, I may respond rather than back away, so calm, careful introductions and close supervision are important when I’m meeting new dogs.
· With Cats: My reaction to cats is unknown
⚡️ ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY ⚡️
I have a moderate energy level – I enjoy spending time outdoors, but I’m also happy to settle down and relax afterward.
I’m currently working on my leash skills and getting used to going on walks. With continued practice, patience, and consistent guidance, I can gradually become more comfortable and confident on my walks.
🧠 TRAINING & HABITS 🧠
I don’t guard my food around people or other dogs
I rarely bark.
I’m calm and settled when I’m in a kennel.
🏡 MY IDEAL HOME 🏡
I’m searching for a patient, loving family who can help me become the best version of myself. I’ll thrive in a home with:
