🐾 MY RESCUE STORY 🐾
My story began at a dog breeding facility in Cheonan, South Korea, where I was rescued from a heartbreaking environment connected to dog slaughter.
Even while I was confined behind the bars of a cage, my rescuers remember something they'll never forget.
I was smiling.
Despite the difficult circumstances around me, I still had the brightest, happiest expression, as though I was waiting for someone to notice me and give me a chance.
Thankfully, that chance finally came.
Rescuers stepped in and brought me to safety, giving me the opportunity to experience a world beyond the cage I had known.
Since then, I've been showing everyone just how much happiness and energy I have to share.
I'm still just a puppy, and there are so many wonderful things I haven't experienced yet.
Running freely through open spaces, exploring new trails, playing with people who love me, and discovering what it means to belong to a family.
I was smiling even when my world was small and uncertain. Just imagine how happy I'll be when I finally have a family and a whole world to explore. 🤍

💖 MY PERSONALITY 💖
Hi, I'm Rahui!
I'm an adorable white Jindo mix with a mischievous little face, a wonderfully cheerful personality, and enough puppy energy to brighten just about anyone's day!
My rescuers say I'm one of those puppies who seems to have been born with an endless supply of happiness.
I'm playful, energetic, affectionate, and always ready for something exciting.
And apparently, I'm even prettier and cuter in person!
One of my favorite things in the world is meeting people.
I absolutely adore everyone, whether we've known each other forever or we've only just met.
Men, women, familiar faces, complete strangers—it doesn't really matter to me!
I'll happily approach you, lean against you for affection, and sometimes even roll right over to show you my belly.
Yes, even if we've only just met!
I'm not the kind of girl who needs much time to decide whether someone could be my new best friend.
And if you happen to have treats, our friendship might become official even faster.
I absolutely LOVE treats!
I'm also a bit of a little troublemaker in the most adorable way.
I have a playful, mischievous personality, and sometimes I get so excited that I forget to slow down.
My rescuers describe me as the perfect example of a happy, bouncy puppy who simply loves being alive.
Although I'm still young and have plenty to learn, I'm eager to explore, play, and discover new things.
I'm a cheerful little bundle of energy with a heart full of love and a smile that never seems to disappear.
🐶 MY SOCIAL SKILLS 🐶
· With People: I absolutely love people! I'm extremely friendly with both familiar people and strangers, regardless of gender. I happily approach new people, lean against them for affection, and may even roll over to show my belly during our very first meeting. I'm comfortable being petted and can be picked up with proper support.
· With Children: I haven't had experience with children under 13 yet, so my behavior around younger kids is still unknown. Because I'm an energetic, playful puppy, supervised introductions and guidance around appropriate manners would be especially important.
· With Dogs: I'm generally comfortable around other dogs and may approach unfamiliar dogs to say hello, but I usually prefer spending time with people or exploring rather than playing with canine companions. Very energetic or overly pushy dogs can make me uncomfortable. I may also become a little overexcited or playful around other dogs, and if another dog challenges me, I may respond rather than walk away. Calm introductions and respectful boundaries are important.
· With Cats: My reaction to cats hasn't been observed yet, so we don't know how I would behave around them. Careful introductions and supervision would be necessary.
⚡ MY ENERGY LEVEL ⚡
I have a high energy level, and I absolutely love being active!
I'm a lively, playful puppy who enjoys running around, exploring, and finding new things to do.
My rescuers say I'd be a wonderful match for an active family who enjoys outdoor adventures.
Hiking, long walks, exploring nature, and other fun activities could all become some of my favorite things as I grow and build the skills needed to enjoy them safely.
I especially love having the freedom to run and play.
Although I can settle down and rest, I generally need plenty of physical activity and mental stimulation first.
Because I'm still only eight months old, my exercise should be appropriate for my age and development, with gradually increasing activity as I mature.
I'd love a family who understands that a happy, energetic puppy needs more than just a quick walk around the block.
Regular exercise, interactive games, enrichment activities, and training sessions will help me use my energy in positive ways.
If you're looking for a cheerful adventure buddy who will make every day a little more exciting, I might be your perfect match!
🦮 MY WALKING SKILLS 🦮
I'm currently learning how to walk on a leash.
Since I'm still a young puppy with limited experience, I'll need continued guidance as I develop good walking habits.
There's so much to see, smell, and explore, and sometimes my excitement can get the better of me!
With consistent positive reinforcement, patience, and age-appropriate practice, I can learn how to walk more calmly and confidently beside my person.
Because I'm naturally energetic and curious, I'll also benefit from learning impulse control and how to focus on my handler when there are distractions.
My future family should be prepared to continue my leash training from the beginning and help me build a strong foundation.
🏠 MY HOME LIFE & MANNERS 🏠
I'm still a puppy, so I'm learning what it means to have good household manners.
I currently use both indoor pee pads and outdoor potty areas, although I'll need continued consistency and reinforcement as I adjust to a new home.
One thing my future family should know is that I absolutely love food!
Treats are one of my favorite things, and they can be a wonderful tool for helping me learn new skills.
However, I can become protective of my meals around other dogs.
I don't guard food from people, but if another dog approaches while I'm eating, I may growl to ask them to stay away.
Because of this, I should be fed separately from other dogs, with enough space to enjoy my meals peacefully.
I may also bark when I want something, especially when I'm excited or eager for attention.
I'm still learning how to communicate appropriately, so positive reinforcement and consistent boundaries will be important.
When placed in a kennel, I may whine because I'm not yet fully comfortable with the experience.
Patient, gradual crate training will help me learn that a kennel can be a safe and relaxing place.
Although I'm naturally friendly and adaptable, I'm still a young dog who needs guidance in everyday routines.
With my love of treats, cheerful attitude, and eagerness to engage with people, I have wonderful potential to become a well-mannered companion.
🌱 WHAT I'M STILL LEARNING 🌱
I'm considered a Level 1 Rescue Dog, but that doesn't mean I already know everything about living in a home!
I'm still only eight months old, and puppy training will be essential for helping me grow into a happy, confident, and well-mannered adult dog.
I'm naturally outgoing and affectionate, but I can also be very energetic, excitable, and a little mischievous.
I'll need help learning appropriate boundaries, impulse control, leash manners, and how to settle down after playtime.
Because I love people so much, I may sometimes become overly excited when greeting someone new.
My future family can help me learn calmer greetings through positive reinforcement and consistent practice.
I'll also need continued potty training, crate training, and guidance around food-related resource guarding with other dogs.
Although I'm generally comfortable around other dogs, I don't always enjoy overly energetic interactions, and I may react if another dog pushes my boundaries.
Learning appropriate social skills and having positive, well-managed interactions will be important as I grow.
Thankfully, I'm very food motivated and have a bright, curious personality.
My rescuers believe that with consistent training, I'll be able to learn new skills quickly.
I may be a little bundle of mischief right now, but with patience, love, and guidance, I have everything I need to grow into an amazing companion.
🏡 MY IDEAL HOME 🏡
My dream family would be active, patient, and excited to raise a happy, energetic puppy.
I'm the kind of girl who would love having people to explore the world with.
Whether we're going for walks, playing outside, learning new tricks, or eventually enjoying longer outdoor adventures together, I'll be happiest when I have plenty of opportunities to stay active.
I'd especially love a family who enjoys hiking, nature, and spending time outdoors.
Because I'm still young and full of energy, I'll need regular physical activity, mental enrichment, and consistent training.
A family who understands Jindos or other active breeds would be wonderful, especially one that appreciates the importance of positive reinforcement and clear boundaries.
I could potentially live with a calm, compatible dog, but introductions would need to be managed carefully.
Very energetic dogs can overwhelm me, and I can become protective of my food around other dogs, so separate feeding spaces would be important.
I'd also benefit from a family who understands that even though I'm naturally friendly and confident around people, I still need guidance as I mature.
Most importantly, I want a family who will embrace my playful personality, help me learn good manners, and give me plenty of opportunities to enjoy life.
✨ WHY YOU'LL LOVE ME ✨
Some dogs are shy when you first meet them.
Some need a little time before they're ready to show affection.
And then there's me.
Hi! I'm Rahui, and I already love you!
I'm the kind of puppy who will happily approach a complete stranger, lean against them for attention, and roll over to show my belly as though we've been friends forever.
I have a mischievous little face, a beautiful white coat, and a cheerful personality that makes it almost impossible not to smile around me.
My rescuers say I'm the very definition of a happy, bouncy puppy.
I love treats, I love people, and I love having the freedom to run and explore.
Sometimes I get a little too excited, and I still have plenty of manners to learn.
But that's part of growing up!
I'm only eight months old, and my whole life is still ahead of me.
What makes my story especially meaningful is where it began.
I was rescued from a dog breeding facility connected to dog slaughter in Cheonan, South Korea.
Even when I was confined behind the bars of a cage, my rescuers remember seeing me with the brightest smile.
I didn't know what my future would hold.
I didn't know whether I'd ever experience a real home, a loving family, or the freedom to run through an open field.
But somehow, I still found a reason to smile.
Now, I've been given a second chance.
A chance to run.
A chance to play.
A chance to learn.
And most importantly, a chance to be loved.
I don't need a perfect family.
I just need people who will enjoy my energy, guide me with patience, and give me the opportunity to grow into the wonderful dog I'm meant to become.
I was smiling even when I had so little. Imagine the happiness I'll bring when I finally have a family to call my own. 🤍
