🐾 MY RESCUE STORY 🐾
I was born hiding beneath piles of abandoned construction materials. Before I was rescued, kind people in the area had already watched many stray dogs disappear one by one throughout the summer. By the time help arrived, only a few frightened dogs were left trying to survive. My siblings and I stayed hidden quietly, too small to understand the danger around us. Then one day, rescuers found us and carefully carried us to safety before we could become part of that story too.
Now, instead of hiding, I’m slowly learning what safety and warmth feel like. For the first time, my world feels filled with hope instead of fear.

💖 MY PERSONALITY 💖
Hi, I’m Ttubi. I’m a small, delicate Shiba – Jindo mix with a calm and gentle nature. I may seem a little shy at first, but I warm up quickly and love showing affection once I feel safe. Cuddles are my favorite, and I truly enjoy being held and feeling close to my people.
I have a quiet, thoughtful personality and take treats very politely. I’m not pushy and tend to pay attention carefully to the guidance of those around me. Although I’m still learning about the world, I respond well to calm, patient encouragement and settle beautifully in a loving home. I’m a gentle companion who thrives in a caring environment where I can build confidence and trust at my own pace.
If you’re looking for a soft, sweet, and affectionate little dog who will blossom with love and patience, I would be so happy to be by your side.
🐶 MY SOCIAL SKILLS 🐶
· With People: I can be a little shy when meeting someone new, but I warm up quickly—especially if there are treats involved. Once I feel comfortable, I happily show my affectionate side, often rolling over to share my belly in a trusting, loving way. I’m also comfortable being picked up, which helps me feel safe and close to my person. I haven’t had the chance to meet young children yet, so I may need patient introductions and gentle guidance in new situations.
· With Dogs: I’m friendly and polite when meeting unfamiliar dogs, usually greeting them briefly without turning it into playtime. If another dog behaves aggressively or provokes me, I tend to step away and avoid conflict, keeping interactions calm and peaceful.
· With Cats: I haven’t had the chance to be observed around cats yet, so I’m still an open book there. I do get excited by birds and may try to chase after them, showing off my curious and playful instincts when something catches my eye outside.
⚡️ ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY ⚡️
I have moderate energy level – I enjoy spending time outdoors and exploring at a comfortable pace, then settling down quietly once I’ve had my fun.
In calmer, quieter places, I walk along nicely and enjoy taking in the world around me. Busy roads with lots of cars can still feel a little overwhelming, and I may look around cautiously or check back often to make sure my person is close by. When I’m unsure, I like to stay near my handler’s side for reassurance, leaning in for comfort as we move forward together.
🧠 TRAINING & HABITS 🧠
I have a gentle and easygoing nature and don’t feel the need to guard my food around people or other dogs.
Sometimes, when I really want something—like being picked up after a walk—I may use my voice or gently tug at your clothes to let you know, which is just my way of communicating.
I settle calmly in a kennel
I usually do my bathroom breaks outdoors, though I can also use indoor pads if needed.
🏡 MY IDEAL HOME 🏡
I’m searching for a patient, loving family who can help me become the best version of myself. I’ll thrive in a home with:
💌 SPECIAL NOTES 💌
I do best with a routine that allows me to eat on my own schedule, taking little bites when I feel ready, which helps me feel comfortable and secure
