🐾 MY RESCUE STORY 🐾

I was rescued from a crowded city pound after ending up on the euthanasia list simply due to lack of space. Even though my future became uncertain through no fault of my own, kind rescuers stepped in just in time and gave me a second chance at life.

Now, I’m finally safe and hoping to leave those difficult days behind as I search for a loving forever family where I can truly belong.

💖 MY PERSONALITY 💖

I’m even more handsome in real life, and my charming personality makes me hard not to fall in love with. Out of all my siblings, I’m definitely considered the most affectionate one, and people usually notice that about me almost immediately. I bond quickly with humans and genuinely love being close to people.

I also like to think I’m the smartest among my siblings too. I’m curious, eager to learn, and quick to pick up on things around me. I warm up to people very quickly and will often roll over to show my belly almost right away because I love attention, affection, and making new friends.

 

🐶 MY SOCIAL SKILLS 🐶

· With People: I’m friendly with people and absolutely love receiving pets, affection, and attention. I can be just a tiny bit shy in the beginning, but honestly, it only takes me a few seconds to warm up once I start feeling safe and confident.

Before long, my affectionate personality comes out fully, and I’ll happily roll over to show my belly almost right away for extra love and cuddles.

· With Dogs: I like greeting new dogs and saying hello to new friends, but I usually prefer to take things at my own pace and do my own thing first rather than jumping straight into play immediately.

· With Cats: My reaction to cats is unknown. A cat test can be arranged upon request to ensure the best fit.

 

⚡️ ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY ⚡️

I have a moderate energy level. I enjoy spending time outdoors, exploring, and having fun, but once I’ve had my activity and excitement, I’m more than happy to come inside and relax comfortably indoors.

 

🧠 TRAINING & HABITS 🧠

I’m still learning my leash manners and continue improving every day with gentle guidance, patience, and consistency. I’m a smart boy who is eager to learn, and I try my best to follow my handler and stay connected during walks.

I also have wonderful manners around food and don’t guard my meals from people or other dogs. Even during mealtime, I keep my gentle and easygoing personality.

Overall, I’m a pretty quiet boy and rarely bark. I have a calm nature indoors and settle nicely once I feel comfortable in my environment.

I’m also adaptable with potty routines and can use both pee pads indoors and go potty outside. With structure and routine, I continue building great habits and confidence every day.

💌 SPECIAL NOTES 💌

I really only take a few seconds to warm up to people, and once I do, I’ll happily follow you around looking for treats, affection, and attention. During my profile photoshoot session, I was absolutely loving all the cuddles and snuggles because the volunteers and staff spoiled me with lots of treats until my belly was nice and full.

I also rolled over to show my belly almost immediately and happily enjoyed a little massage session too. Everyone kept complimenting how sweet, gentle, and affectionate I am, and honestly, I soaked up every second of the love and attention.
