On Saturday, September 5, Welcome Dog Korea spent the afternoon at Bosley’s Esplanade with four wonderful adoptable dogs: Haerang, Momo, Highball, and Dalkom. It was a chance for our dogs to step into the community, meet new faces, and let people get to know a little more of who they are beyond their photos and adoption profiles.
Adoption events are an important part of each dog’s journey, even when their forever family isn’t waiting for them at the event itself. Every outing brings new experiences, helps our dogs become more comfortable in different environments, and gives more people the opportunity to learn about rescue and the individual dogs still searching for homes.
Haerang, Momo, Highball, and Dalkom each arrived at Bosley’s with their own stories and their own paths ahead. Bringing them together was another reminder that there is no single timeline when it comes to adoption. Some dogs find their families quickly, while others need a little more time—and we’re here to support each of them for however long their journey takes.
And since that Saturday, we’ve had some very happy news to celebrate: Momo and Haerang have both met their forever families! 🏡 Their journeys continued beyond the event, and we couldn’t be happier to see them move into this exciting next chapter. From rescue to foster care and finally to finding the people they can call their own, these are the moments everyone along the way hopes for.
For Highball and Dalkom, the search continues. Their forever families are still out there, and we’ll keep sharing their stories and creating opportunities for people to discover just how special they are. We hope their own happy updates are waiting just around the corner. 🐾
We’re incredibly grateful to the foster families who continue to provide our dogs with the patience, stability, and love they need while they wait.
